Today at the global level Article 13 of the United Nations’; 1966 International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights recognizes the right of everyone to an education. Education facilitates learning which is formally divided into stages such as preschool, primary school, secondary school and then college, university levels.

Education which generally takes place under the guidance of educators,1] has a formative effect on the way one thinks, feels, or acts may be considered educational. Schools play a very important role to shape the young minds of the early learners. School placed in the idyllic surroundings of scenic West Bengal aims to address the modern day requirements of both the learner and their parents in a fast changing society. Today the environment is changing at a rapid pace and so are the immediate and the emerging need areas of a child. Any learner in this fast changing backdrop feels challenged to secure an identity as a global citizen. School has taken cognizance of these ground realities and will try to evolve strategies which will not only be learner centric but imbibe the traditional ethos of a well knit teacher – learner bonding. The variety of skill sets that equip a child towards success are varied and so are the academic challenges of the faculty to make evolve a child and help him find a niche for him/herself in this multiplex world without jeopardizing the very fabric on which the crux of Indian society reverberates.

This school is adequately equipped with all the modern day nuances to adorn a child to help him eke out a semblance of a decent livelihood in this society and world at large. The faculty will not only cater to the formal needs of a child but hone the skills of the informal ambience too. It will strive to make education and excellence not only an effort but an enjoyable experience so that the young learners become citizens of a society, a country and our Indian nation.
